Cozy Self Contained Unit
We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area and kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, jug and toaster). Great for business travellers or holiday quests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.
The Space
We have a two bedroom unit on our property which has it's own living area, kitchenette and bathroom. Ideal if you wish to have the whole place to yourself or if you are travelling with another couple or a family with teenage or older children. The sofa bed in the living area converts to a bed that can be used for an extra guest or two, we also have a mattress that can go into one of the bedrooms if you have five guests, just ask.
Guest Access
You have your own access to the unit and can come and go as you please. With the kitchenette we provide cereal, bread, spreads, milk, tea and coffee for your breakfast, so you can make yourself at your leisure. The kitchenette has microwave, bench top conventional oven, jug, toaster and fridge. Kitchenette is fitted out with plates, cutlery, knives, cutting boards, bowls etc. Ideal for guest to make breakfast and lunch, or an easy dinner.We have free internet connection for your convenience.
Other things to note
We are happy to put a load of washing on for you, iron and ironing board are available in the unit. We have no pets.

Point Chevalier Gallery
The M&M BnB is located within the lovely suburb of Point Chevalier which provides almost everything locally. Just at the end of the street we have our favourite local cafe/restaurant "Twisted Tomato" which always provide quality food and service. The local shops provide everything from restaurants, fast food chains, petrol stations, alcohol stores and a local countdown to provide fresh groceries. M&M BnB is also located near the Auckland Zoo, Motat and western springs lakeside park, just down the road is also coyle park playground for kids and the local Pt Chev beach. Point Chevalier is very central to most places in Auckland and close to motorway onramps for ease of travel.
